Welcome to our club, Heiwana Kokoro no Ken

We are a martial arts dojo, dedicated to the evolved study of Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu (MJER) Iaijutsu, we have an pragmatic view to training where we are eager to bring practical drills and focus on the mental aspects of fuedal Japan.

We have had the honour of learning from direct lineage of multiple different sensei (teachers), including Sensei's Shimabukuru, Iwata and Asano.

Iaijutsu is more than just learning sword techniques to defeat an enemy, it is about developing a positive attitude to live your life and improving mental strength, creating a confident spiritual harmony.

New students are always welcome, our dojo offers a friendly, inclusive and respectful environment with internationally trained and qualified instruction, attracting amazing talent both from the UK and internationally.
